**IT operations specialist** - Paris
Tes objectifs:
En tant que IT Operations Specialist chez Big Mamma, vous serez le pilier de l'infrastructure et des processus informatiques. Votre rôle sera essentiel pour garantir l'efficacité quotidienne de vos collègues et de nos restaurants, en gérant efficacement les ressources IT et en apportant des solutions innovantes. Préparez-vous à relever des défis passionnants dans un environnement dynamique et en constante évolution Ce que vous ferez chez Big Mamma:
- **Support Quotidien IT**: Fournir un support IT quotidien aux employés.
- **Support des restaurants avec nos partenaires IT**: Suivre et gérer le support fourni par nos partenaires, dans le but de maintenir les systèmes et réseaux de nos 36 sites, avec la possibilité d’intervenir en cas de nécessité.
- **Gestion des Licences et du Parc Informatique** : Vous aurez la responsabilité de la gestion optimale des licences, des comptes utilisateurs et du matériel informatique, veillant à l'efficacité et à la réduction des coûts.
- **Processus d’Onboarding et d’Offboarding** : Collaborer avec les RH pour fluidifier l'intégration des nouveaux employés et la désactivation rapide des comptes des anciens collaborateurs.
- **Logistique des Équipements** : Mettre en place et gérer la logistique d'achat et de livraison des équipements informatiques à travers l'Europe.
- **Innovation et Sécurité**: Apporter des solutions innovantes pour accompagner la croissance de l'entreprise, avec un focus particulier sur la performance et la sécurité informatique.
**Profil recherché**:
- Vous avez 2 ans d’expériences dans un poste similaire, idéalement dans le retail ou l’hospitality ;
- Vous avez travaillé dans un environnement Google Workspace + MDM + PC/MAC ;
- Vous avez de l’expérience en gestion de réseaux multisite (avec un système Cisco Meraki ou équivalent) ;
- Vous aimez aller sur le terrain, avez l’esprit du service/du client ;
- Vous êtes pragmatique et savez trouver des “quick fix” pour maintenir les sites opérationnels ;
- Vous êtes entrepreneur et autonome, vous aimez trouver des solutions innovantes pour optimiser les coûts et éviter le gaspillage ;
- Vous êtes ouvert d’esprit, curieux et rigoureux.
