Afin d'accompagner la croissance d'Innovorder, **nous recrutons une(e) Sales Development Representative en alternance** pour le pôle Commercial.
En tant que SDR, ton rôle sera de générer un maximum d'opportunités commerciales et de travailler main dans la main avec les Responsables de développement.
Identifier, qualifier et convaincre les prospects sont les maîtres mots de tes journées.
**Tes missions**:
- prospecter et construire un pipeline de vente dans l'optique de générer des leads qualifiés pour nos Responsables de développement (80% de ton temps sera dédié à la prospection téléphonique)
- comprendre les besoins de tes prospects (restaurateurs indépendants ou petites chaînes de restauration) pour leur proposer une solution adaptée
- identifier les décideurs clés
- travailler main dans la main avec le team lead de ton équipe pour développer ton pipeline et atteindre tes objectifs mensuels
- veiller à rentrer des données claires et pertinentes des clients potentiels dans notre CRM Hubspot
- échanger avec ton équipe de manière proactive sur tes idées, best practices dans le but d'améliorer les process d’Innovorder

**Profil recherché**:

- tu prépares un diplôme de niveau M1 ou M2 et tu justifies d'une 1ère expérience Sales BtoB (stage ou alternance), idéalement en tant que SDR.
Rythme d’alternance souhaité : 3 semaines entreprise/1 semaine école, ou bien 4 jours entreprise/1 jour école
