**Position**:
In the context of a very strong business growth and digital transformation, the Dior Couture Clients Service is looking for a Sales Development Manager to play a key role in positioning the in-house Client Services Centers as sales generators and developing the Dior Couture omnichannel strategy.

**Main missions**
- Develop and implement client engagement strategy for CSC to boost satisfaction, loyalty and ultimately sales thanks to a distinctive luxury client experience
- in alignment with CRM strategy
- embedded in Omnichannel
- Develop a CSC specific sales toolbox (selling & coaching techniques, communication assets, performance monitoring reports )
- Develop new creative and innovative opportunities (e.g., OTO livestreaming) not only digital but also IRL
- Draft a 360° communication and animation plan to develop OTO client relationships
- Set sales, retention, conversion, and outreach targets in agreement with the CSC Directors and monitor their achievement
- Define clear KPI’s objectives from end-to-end perspective, focused on acquisition, retention, and LTV
- Create the ideal organisation structure in regions, a global digital engagement team including “digital stylists” that will develop top digital clients.
- Suggest a prioritized roadmap and coordinate the roll-out of the organization and strategy across all CSCs worldwide by partnering with the CSC Directors and their local teams
- Benchmark all the latest trends and initiatives from the luxury market, the competition, sales tools, and action to be taken to improve the efficiency of the program

**Profile**:
**Experience**
Bachelor’s or master’s degree
Minimum of 10 years in working for Luxury, Fashion or Concierge service
Used to working in a global environment

**Skills & Attributes**
Ability to demonstrate and coach to the selling ceremony and elevated client experience behaviours
Skilled with leading face to face VIP experience and client interactions
Ability to demonstrate strong knowledge of top clients, High Potential clients and digital clients
Understanding and mastering the excellence and requirements of the world of Luxury
Tech savvy
Previous experience in Contact Center setting is a plus
Multilanguage profile
