Sensaterra wants to **revolutionize the sale of hot drinks in B2C and B2B.**
SENSATERRA is athe first CSR & all-in-one plateform offering high quality coffee & tea solutions to B2B & B2C customers.
**Sensaterra is specialized in quality and CSR coffee breaks for companies & hotels** in France: Furniture of coffee machines, delivery of coffee and tea direct from small producers and after-sales service - everything is included
We are looking for a French native speaker sales representative to develop and be fully in charge of the French market on the B2B department: offer to hotels, companies & co-workings the best CSR coffee solution (coffee machine, coffee & tea from small artisans).
You will join the adventure from the beginning, and you will contribute to the growth of the company in Europe. You will work in a multicultural company & offices (job based in the city center of Paris).
Main responsibilities include _**2 phasis**:_
- _**First 6 to 12-months**:_
- Lock meeting for your Account Executive_
- Quote creation_
- _**After reaching first months objectives**_ _in term of prospection and meeting locked, you will_ _**move to next step: Account executive for small & medium customers**_ _:_
- 1st meeting with new B2B customers_
- 2nd meeting of negotiations_
- Tasting_
- Closing_
- **Also additionnal tasks like**:

- Data Tracking**:_ _You will follow all project data results, analyze and forecast future steps in order to take necessary actions for French market._
- _ _**Fairs & events**:_ _And of course, you will be the best_ _**SENSATERRA**_ _representative during hot beverages fairs in France._

**Prefered experience**:
- You are **fond of challenges**; you are proactive and ultra-motivated by being invested in an ambitious start-up launch and growth
- You are a **SALES** person: you **contact your leads by phone and never give up**:
- You already have sales experience (or feel you can do it)
- You **enjoy human relations**. You are dynamic
- You are **not afraid to pick up the phone** and get a direct contact with the person in charge
- **You speak French native speaker level**:
- You are good at speaking English
- You are passionate or just very curious about the hot beverages market
- You **build strong relationships** with your partners, especially when it comes to great hot beverages :)
