**Key Responsibilities**The implementation of a global commercial strategyManaging one or more of the following teams: Sales, Business Development, Customer Success and MarketingDriving revenue growth through leading large sales opportunitiesDefining and developing growth strategiesLeading recruitment initiatives covering all commercial functionsSetting and monitoring KPIsMotivate staff to meet or surpass organisational goalsEvaluate newly implemented revenue goals and strategiesEncourage communication between colleagues for the benefit of information flow and to prevent problems from arising

**Requirements**:
**Required Skills and Experience**:
5+ years of revenue-focused experience-
Experience in data-driven strategic decision-makingGenuine passion for technology and social mediaFluent written and spoken English
**Preferred Skills**:
Additional language skills (e.g. German, French, Spanish)Previous experience in B2B SaaS (any of the following): Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, Partnerships, and/or MarketingProven at leading teams
