2Emotion est aujourd’hui l’un des leaders sur le marché des outils web de création vidéo pour les professionnels. Sa vocation consiste à accompagner, outiller et rendre autonome tout type d’organisation dans la création de contenus vidéos.

La création simplifiée de vidéo est le plus grand défi de la communication du 21e siècle, sa résolution est notre quotidien à 2Emotion

La vidéo est partout sur internet et les réseaux sociaux. C’est l’outil de communication puissant et performant pour informer, sensibiliser, former, promouvoir et fidéliser autour d’une marque et de son expertise. Rendre accessible la vidéo d’entreprise à tous, aussi bien aux PME, qu’aux grands groupes, en passant par les collectivités locales, sans nécessiter de compétences techniques au préalable représente notre challenge quotidien.

**LES MISSIONS**

Tu intégreras l’équipe Custumer Success Manager et support de 2Emotion et interviendras sur:

- Onboarding et formation des nouveaux utilisateurs sur 2Emotion
- Accompagnement au quotidien à son usage et résolution de problèmes
- Création de contenu (article, vidéos, tutos ) pour notre Academy (centre de ressources) et participation à des projets collaboratifs

**LE PROFIL RECHERCHÉ**
- Tu as un très bon relationnel et tu es à l’aise à l’écrit
- Tu es Problem-solver c’est à dire que tu sais écouter les clients les problématiques des clients et que tu as coeur de les solutionner
- Digital fan, tu aimes les outils digitaux
- Tu aimes la vidéo et tu est convaincu que c’est le média star d’Internet
- Tu as une très bonne maîtrise de l’anglais
