**Responsibilities**:
As a GTM Manager, you will contribute to the design and execution of our GTM strategy (Positioning, Product, Verticals, Service), with a focus on Sales enablement in all our markets. Your main objective is to build the GTM approach that will support our international scale and grow up the sales team capabilities & performance.

You’ll be a hands-on, individual contributor, who thrives on working directly with experienced Enterprise Sellers, Sales Managers, Product Managers and Marketing Managers. More than just a delivery role, you will be strong at programme design and programme management and be proactive in identifying opportunities to improve sales performance.

Your main responsibilities are to:

- Support the GTM strategy design:

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends & customer needs
- Perform competitive analysis
- Lead the GTM strategy (Product, Processes, Systems, Offers ) implementation and Sales enablement:

- Design and oversee execution of onboarding programs that speed up ramp-up time
- Design the learning & training roadmap and oversee its execution
- Contribute to the production of impactful training assets on product, verticals, service offers
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the success of the GTM strategy, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.
- Ensure alignment between teams (Sales, Product, Marketing) on the GTM strategy

Who will you be working closely with?
- Sales Team: Collaboration with the sales team is crucial for providing them with the necessary tools, messaging, and training to effectively sell the company's products. The GTM Manager and the sales team will work together closely to align strategies and achieve sales goals.
- Marketing Team: Ensuring alignment with the marketing strategy is essential. The GTM Manager will collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate efforts, ensuring consistent messaging and promotional activities that support the overall Go-to-Market strategy.
- Product Development Team: Alignment with the product strategy is vital for the success of the Go-to-Market strategy. The GTM Manager will collaborate with the product development team to ensure that the GTM strategy complements and enhances the company's product offerings.

**Desired Education & Experience**:
**Education**:
Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on marketing or strategy.

**Experience**:

- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the SaaS business and deep understanding and passion for Customer Experience.
- GTM or Marketing Experience: Several years of experience in Go-to-Market strategy development or related roles. This could include roles such as Product Marketing Manager, Sales Enablement Manager or similar positions.
- Project Management: Proficiency in project management to oversee the implementation of the GTM strategy and ensure its successful execution.
- Presentation design skills: ability to convey messages with impact and simplicity
- Communication Skills in French & English: Leadership qualities and effective communication skills are essential.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills for market research, competitive analysis, and performance metrics evaluation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and finance.
