Within Global Market Operations (GMO), you join the Trade Support Equity Market team which is based in the trading room of Natixis.
On a daily basis, you are responsible for:
- Resolve anomalies, cash breaks and reported variances;
- Enter deals in the Sophis and Summit front office tools;
- Process control deferrals (pending, executed, hire act, hardblocking, etc.);
- Manage the life cycle of products in book (striking, barrier tracking, booking events type coupon, early redemption, maturity, etc.) ;
- Monitor corporate actions on exotic derivatives (r-factor, stock replacement, etc.);
- Manage the repository in FO systems (third-party creation, fee setting, etc.);
- Assist traders in monitoring critical points related to position management (monitoring of short positions, US option exercise, management of specific events, etc.).

**Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience**:

With a higher education in finance, you have at least 5 years of experience in a front office support service.
You are familiar with:
- Equity products;
- Market activities and products, as well as the FO to BO processing chain;
- Sophis and ideally Summit;
- Standard office tools and ideally VBA.
You have an excellent relationship, a very good listening ability, you are:
- Able to evolve existing processes with the objective of continuous improvement, security and reliability of our activities;
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills;
- Proposal power.
You master English with a C1 level.
