En tant que Business Development Manager (F/H), vous aurez la responsabilité de définir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie commerciale du groupe.
Vous améliorez l approche sourcing client et prenez en charge le développement et l analyse de la base de données client actuelle, la recherche active de nouveaux clients, la segmentation de la clientèle, la mise en place d un CRM, la construction d un support de storytelling et la veille du marché.
Vous agissez en référent commercial, accompagnez les équipes dans le développement de la stratégie commerciale, construisez et déployez les bonnes pratiques commerciales (cross-selling).
Vous participez au développement d une image de marque forte, et contribuez à renforcer sa visibilité.
Profil recherché
Vous vous appuyez sur une formation supérieure type école de commerce et justifiez d’une expérience professionnelle de minimum 10 ans dans le secteur du service BtoB. Vous êtes expert de la relation client et avez une connaissance solide du métier des professional services. Vous combinez votre esprit analytique et de synthèse avec une forte appétence pour l’analyse de données. Votre niveau d’anglais et votre agilité vous permettent d’évoluer et vous adapter dans un environnement international et en constante évolution. Écoute, pédagogie et créativité sont des qualités qui vous définissent.
