Le cabinet compte plus de 3 000 avocats dans le monde, répartis dans 31 bureaux dont le siège est à Londres.A Paris, notre bureau compte près de 200 avocats dont 37 associés.Pour une information plus détaillée sur le cabinet, vous pouvez consulter .Le département Business Development & Marketing à Paris comporte 2 pôles de compétences : Communication et Evènements, Business Development et Marketing.MissionsDirectement rattaché(e) à la Directrice Business Development et Communication, vous intervenez sur le business development d’un périmètre dédié (notamment la pratique Energie & Infrastructure) et vous serez responsable du management et de la coordination de l’activité du pôle business development, constitué de 5 personnes (3 BD Advisor et deux assistantes).Interlocuteur(trice) privilégié(e) des associés et des avocats, garant(e) de la qualité des réalisations de l’équipe, vous participez à l’élaboration et à la mise en œuvre de leur stratégie BD et marketing.En tant que CRM pour des grands comptes du cabinet, vous assurez un rôle essentiel de conseil et d’assistance pour le développement de ces clients et êtes force de proposition.Vous pouvez être aussi amené(e) à intervenir auprès des autres départements du cabinet et sur des projets BD stratégiques transversaux portés par le cabinet.Vous :Supervisez et rédigez les réponses aux appels d’offres, présentations, supports marketing et travaillez les messages clésEtes en charge de la gestion de grands comptes au sein du cabinet (CRM : identification d’opportunités, élaboration et coordination des actions clients)Assurez une veille sur le marché et sur l’actualité des clients pour identifier des opportunitésGérez les dossiers de présentation des équipes pour les principaux annuaires qui référencent les cabinets d'avocats et accompagnez les avocats dans le cadre de ces processus (y compris le partage de bonnes pratiques)Optimisez le «cross-selling» au sein du cabinet et êtes force de proposition pour développer les synergies et toutes autres missions visant à promouvoir le positionnement du cabinetContribuez à la conception d’évènements, de séminaires ou de formations pour les clients et à l’identification des sujets à porter auprès de la presse en lien avec l’équipe communication notamment pour le développement de la notoriété de vos domaines du droit.ProfilDiplômé(e) d’un master 2 en Marketing/Communication, d’une École de Commerce, un IEP ou avocat, vous souhaitez rejoindre un environnement international et exigeant et disposez idéalement d’une expérience similaire d’au moins 6 à 8 ans ; idéalement acquise au sein d’un cabinet d’avocats ou dans le domaine du conseil.Vous possédez une bonne compréhension des services juridiques que peut proposer un cabinet, ainsi que des attentes de nos clients ; vous avez développé une bonne connaissance des secteurs et acteurs du pôle au sein duquel vous intervenez.Une expérience dans le management d’équipe est souhaitée.Enthousiaste, vous êtes autonome, pro-actif et disposez d’excellentes qualités relationnelles, combinées à de réelles capacités de travail et d’exécution. Vous savez travailler en équipe avec de multiples interlocuteurs et avez une forte orientation client.Vous faites preuve des qualités suivantes : très bon niveau d’anglais à l’écrit comme à l’oral, capacité analytique forte et esprit de synthèse, bonne aptitude en rédaction, sens de l’organisation, bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques (PowerPoint, Excel, Word,..).Le poste est basé à Paris et est à pourvoir dès que possible.Salaire : à définir selon expérienceTechnical Skills:This list of duties and responsibilities above is not exhaustive.
