**Job responsibilities**:
**Mission I. Sustain the business growth of the zone**by:

- Strategic training animation**:teach and facilitate**W&J training to engage, upskill and empower the Market and Store teams’ to drive each topic, through to impact on business results - 50/50 between high end and core range initiatives
- Talent development: expand, animate and nourish the community of **W&J Experts**, along with developing a **new generation of presenters**through a dedicated training journey to maximize impact on business
- Client experience elevation: incorporate learnings from DiorINsight & DiorCX into **training pedagogy**:

- Transition knowledge into behavior which results in positive impact on business: consistent and dedicated follow up of formal programs to inspire action and driving impact through the **spot coaching / OTO coaching**initiatives
- Retail network support: participate to and lead by example at major regional events. Carry out Market / store visits in the capacity of **coach to maximize potential of others**(either local training team and / or selling teams)

**Mission II. Drive the training team force**by:

- **Collaborate**with central academy and market training teams to define and **co-create**the best training solutions for Europe
- **Strategic project management**:determine which training to deploy, at what moment, how to best action and through who, to meet the most vital business and people needs with maximum efficiency
- Position self as an essential and **valuable point of reference**for the Market training teams and become a **trusted support**.
- **Track and monitor**formal training programs through the training tracker tool, to determine and prioritize support plans
- Participate to **transversal projects**with other functions to ensure an effective **360 approach**: HR, client experience, marketing, etc

**Mission III. Promote and increase credibility of training**by:

- **Communicate**and rally excitement on **strategic training programs**to gain engagement, appetite and commitment of participants, plus management teams
- Build **strong relationships**with and ensure **early engagement**of all **stakeholders**to acquire necessary sponsorship and ‘buy in’ to major training projects and be able to provide healthy challenge / push back where necessary
- Activate **impact first training promotion**pitches to highlight the value training brings as a **return on training investment**(ROTI)
- Demonstrate **detailed end-to-end project management**to safeguard the ROTI and be able to explain clearly if challenged

**Experience required**:

- Minimum of 5 years in a retail training role (ideally Manager level)
- Minimum of 2-3 years in luxury retail high-end sales, W&J sales role, where sales targets and KPIs were achieved consistently. It is an advantage to have been a Presenter who has supported high end events
- Certified gemologist desired
- Fluent to deliver training in English, and an advantage if fluent in other languages (especially French)
- Strong end-to-end project management with proven success of impactful implementation
- High level of emotional intelligence with the ability to collaborate well with stakeholders of all levels
- Ability to manage all elements of the training cycle (TNA > ROTI)
- High technical capability, with fluency using Teams and Zoom for training delivery, Outlook, data analytics platforms

Based in Paris, mid-frequent travel across European region
