Company Overview:

Super Dry is a globally positioned SME with 4 factories and a network of over 40 offices and distributors worldwide. The company specializes in providing desiccants and moisture damage prevention solutions to various industries, including ocean transport.

The role you are applying for is an excellent opportunity to join our European sales team and contribute to the growth strategy of Super Dry Europe B.V.

About the Role:

  • Drive sales efforts to support business expansion in Southern Europe.
  • Identify new customers and develop existing accounts, targeting global and local businesses from all import & export related industries.
  • Serve as a key contact for corporate Key Account Customers, providing business solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Analyze market developments and customer demands to create effective sales strategies.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales reports to management.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of established work experience in sales, logistics or supply chain management.
  • Ideal background in business development for the automotive, electronics, consumer, retail or fashion industry.
  • Sales focused and result driven, with self-motivation and excellent analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to thrive in a multicultural environment, working collaboratively as part of the European sales team.
  • Mature personality with impeccable manners, proficient in standard software applications (MS PowerPoint, MS Excel).
  • Native French speaker or highly skilled in both spoken and written French, with a high standard of spoken and written English required.

Salary:

We offer an attractive annual salary of approximately €80,000 to €100,000 depending on qualifications and experience, along with fringe benefits to the successful candidate.
