As a
**Talent Acquisition Manager,** you will join a team of 20+ led by Aurélien, our Head of Talent Acquisition.
Your mission will be to hire the best talents as fast as the business needs. You will play a key role in the success of Qonto.
**As a Talent Acquisition Manager at Qonto, you will**
- **Recruit the right talents**: You will identify potential talents through CVs; you know how to conduct a good interview in order to submit a relevant shortlist to the hiring managers.
- **Be an ambassador**: You will identify the most relevant events to increase and lead your network, which is key to creating a virtuous loop for our recruitment
- **Be efficient**: You will track metrics and find solutions to improve your way of working
**What you can expect**
- You will be recruiting for the **heart of our business**:
- You will **work closely with our lovely TAM team** in an international environment
- You will have the possibility to** learn continuously **as you will work on evolving functions
- You will work in a **fast-paced environment** with a strong focus on quality
**About You**
- **Experience**: You have at least 2 years of experience as a recruiter in a fast-paced environment (in a company or in a recruitment agency)
- **Organisational skills**: You are hands-on and able to multitask and prioritize your daily workload. You are able to follow the hiring process with great rigour
- **Problem solver**: Nothing can stop you
- **Communication skills**: You have an impactful presentation style: you will represent Qonto, and you have outstanding communication & interpersonal skills
- **Languages**: You speak both French and English
- **Education**: You have a French Master's degree or equivalent degree in Human Resources Management or in a relevant field
