We, Deepki, are looking for a new HRIS and Rewards Specialist in Paris to support our People & CSR Department.

**Your role**:
Working alongside the Head of Comp & Ben and HRIS your missions include:
**_HRIS: _**
- Conduct a functional analysis of our needs (Recruitment, Talent Management, Workforce Planning ).
- Participate in the selection of service providers.
- Deploy project management processes to ensure project success.
- Participate in the deployment of selected solutions.
- Provide end-user training to facilitate the adoption of new HR tools.
- Support users by providing technical assistance.
- Maintain and support HRIS systems to ensure reliability.

**_ Rewards: _**
- Participate in improving Deepki's Global Total Rewards policy.
- Communicate to employees on changes in the Rewards policy.
- Participate in the Annual Performance Management Cycle.
- Liaise with our health and benefits brokers in all our countries.
- Prepare Global HR KPIs.

**_ Soft skills:_**
- Strong sense of organization, project management, rigor and agility
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment.

**_ Hard skills:_**
- More than 3 years of successful experience in HRIS, ideally in consulting firms
- Successful experience on rewards topics
- Fluency in English and French
