**Job Description**:
Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d’un(e) Regional HRIS Analyst_ _pour intégrer l’équipe HRIS du Groupe Kering.

Vous fournissez des conseils et un support à la fois expert et pragmatique, afin de s'assurer que Workday est adopté et utilisé correctement à tout moment.
Conduite du changement:
Vous collaborez sur la documentation et aux formations des utilisateurs finaux avec les équipes Change Management.
Gestion des données:
Vous accompagnez les différentes Maisons à la préparation des fichiers de téléchargement de données en masse (EIB)
Tests:
Vous contribuez aux activités de test (release, nouvelles fonctionnalités et corrections).
Intégrations, sécurité et accès:
Vous accompagnez les équipes intégrations Workday en lien avec les autres systèmes, telles que les intégrations de paie, annuairepour garantir la qualité des données.
Gestion des requêtes:
Vous accompagnez les utilisateurs RH dans la compréhension des processus RH: Recrutement, Talent/Performance, Compensation, Absence, Learning
Si nécessaire, vous escaladez les demandes au niveau 3 (Global HRIS Team) via l'outil de ticketing (y compris les demandes relatives aux intégrations).
- Qui êtes-vous ?_
Vous êtes titulaire d'une Licence, d'un Master ou d'un diplôme supérieur en RH/technologie de l'information/économie ou équivalent.
Vous avez le souci du détail, un sens aigu des responsabilités et de bonnes aptitudes en matière de relations interpersonnelles et de communication.
Vous êtes capable de travailler dans une organisation matricielle et dans un environnement international et multiculturel.
Vous êtes pragmatique, orienté(e) vers les résultats et les clients.
Vous avez des compétences analytiques, une bonne capacité d'écoute et un esprit d'équipe.
Vous êtes à l'aise avec la gestion, la manipulation, le nettoyage et le formatage de données (Excel).
Vous avez une bonne maîtrise de l'anglais, du français et éventuellement de l'italien, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
Une expérience dans les domaines Workday, ServiceNow, PeopleDoc est un plus.

- How you will contribute_
Ensure with domain HRIS Experts that Workday is continuously developed and enhanced, in line with our Global design, and adapt current country practices.
Provide advice and support to ensure Workday is adopted and used correctly at all times.
Change Management:
Work with the Change Management team in the development of end user procedures, guidelines, documentation, and training.
Data management:
Mass Data upload (EIB) file preparation support for the Maisons.
Testing:
Contribute to testing activities (WD releases, enhancements and fixes).
Integration, Security & Access:
Support the integrations in Workday with other systems, such as payroll, directory, to ensure that there is an effective and accurate data transfer.
Query management:
Support HR users to manage Business processes.
Escalate requests to Tier 3 (Global HRIS Team) via the Case Management Tool (including integration issues).
- Who you are_
Bachelor or Master degree in HR/Information Technology/Business or equivalent.
Keen to learn, self-initiative with positive mind-set.
Detail oriented with strong sense of responsibility, good interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to work in a matrix organization and an international, multicultural environment.
Pragmatic, results and customer oriented. Strong analytical skills, good listener, team spirit
At ease with complex and massive data management, manipulation, cleansing and formatting (Excel).
Spoken and written in English, French and Italian is a plus
Workday, ServiceNow, PeopleDoc experience domain knowledge are a plus.
