Atmosphères est une agence de force de vente supplétive, spécialisée dans le high-tech. Nous intervenons ainsi pour des clients prestigieux à travers trois pôles d’activités qui sont:

- La force de vente supplétive pérenne ou ponctuelle
- Les programmes d’animations commerciales long terme ou moyen terme
- La mise en place d’opération commando merchandising

Nous recherchons tout au long de l’année des profils : d’animateurs commerciaux, de formateurs, de chefs de secteur, de managers terrain, d’ambassadeurs de vente.

**L’offre**
Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recherchons un Chargé de clientèle (H/F) bilingue anglais pour prendre en charge la mise en place et le suivi des équipes terrains d’un de nos clients High-Tech.

Vos missions seront les suivantes:

- Accompagnement et suivi du client ainsi que le développement du compte
- Coordination du compte
- Suivi des recrutements
- Mise en place des stratégies terrain et des guidelines client,
- Réalisation des reportings hebdomadaire et mensuel
- Management des équipes terrains (suivi RH, suivi de performance)
- Suivi des budgets

**Profil**
Une expérience dans la relation client et dans le management est indispensable.
**Vous êtes bilingue en anglais**
Vous avez déjà effectué des prises de parole en public et êtes à l’aise dans votre communication.

Poste basé idéalement à Paris, déplacements et nuitée à prévoir.

**Rémunération & Avantages**
**Salaire** : 4000 € brut / mois (3500€ fixe + 500€ variable)

**Contrat**: CDI

**Avantages** : Téléphone + PC, Véhicule de fonction, Carte Essence, frais repas sur justificatif selon barème URSSAF

Salaire : 42 000,00€ à 48 000,00€ par an
