**Ce qui vous attend**:
En tant qu’Account Executive Alternant, vous accompagnez un commercial senior sur les grands comptes. Vous avez la charge de développer un portefeuille de comptes clients existant à travers des actions de prospection, de suivi et d'accompagnement, pour notre solution WORK. Vous intervenez auprès de clients grands comptes et d'interlocuteurs de haut niveau (C-level).

**Votre rôle**:

- **Stratégie commerciale **:Vous êtes responsable de l’exécution et du développement de la stratégie commerciale, en coordination avec votre N+1. Vous élaborez et vous appropriez l’argumentaire commercial en lien avec le marketing. Pour ce faire, vous participez aux réunions stratégiques avec l’équipe commerciale et le marketing.
- **Reporting**: Dans une optique d’amélioration continue et pour accompagner notre phase d’hyper croissance, un reporting précis et régulier sur notre CRM sera indispensable.

**Profil**:
Vous avez le goût du challenge et recherchez **une réelle opportunité formatrice en alternance, d’une durée de 2 ans idéalement, avec pour objectif d’intégrer notre équipe sales à son terme.**
- Vous êtes étudiant(e) en commerce, marketing, management.
- Vous êtes à l’aise avec les outils de sourcing (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Waalaxy ) et les CRM (Zoho CRM, Salesforce)
- Vous avez des bases de la prospection BtoB
- Vous avez une bonne capacité d’adaptation pour adresser différents types d'interlocuteurs ou prendre en main de nouveaux process
- Vous êtes à l’écoute, curieux(se), vous avez la capacité de rebondir afin d'aller chercher les bonnes informations
- Vous êtes un(e) bon(ne) communicant (e), vous aimez convaincre : indispensable pour engager les prospects
- Vous avez l’esprit de synthèse
- Vous savez faire preuve d’autonomie et êtes force de proposition.
