With this in mind, the Group offers a wide range of car and van rental services - be it for a few hours, a few days, a week, a month or more - with a fleet that is already "C02 light", equipped with the latest engines, and which will be increasingly "green" in the years to come (more than 1/3 electric and hybrid vehicles by 2023).

The post holder assists the Group Compliance Officer in a number of tasks, including the following:
- Contribute to the drafting of policies, procedures and operating methods/models applicable to the Group;
- Implement and control the various policies under the Compliance team’s responsibility: conflict of interest,
third party assessment, gifts and invitations;
- Assist and advise operational teams on a daily basis in the implementation of policies and procedures
under the Compliance team’s responsibility;
- Perform due diligence on third parties (managing of false positive and red/orange compliance flags on the
flow of third party and management of the stock);
- Develop, lead and participate to the delivery of various compliance training for operational teams
- Contribute to the preparation of meetings and workshops;
- Draft reports or minutes for various instances/Committees
INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS
- Internal : businesses of Europcar Mobility Group and in particular with the DPO/GDPR champions network and
the compliance network
- External : services providers and consulting firm
**Qualifications**
A previous experience of 5 to 7 years in a Compliance team is required
Knowledge of competition, data protection and duty of care regulations is
preferred
Education level / certificates Diploma in law or in compliance - master of law (ethics and compliance, competition law)
English fluent required
Computer skills and software used Google’s Office suite
Personal characteristics Systematic, organized, collaborative, with a proactive way of working,
Enthusiastic team worker
Ability to work in an agile environment, to be autonomous and to be business oriented
Knowledge of anti-corruption and anti-bribery, duty of care and competition law regulation
