Position Overview
As a Senior Compliance Oversight Officer, you will be an integral part of the Europe Compliance & Internal Control Team.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Engaging in the oversight of compliance frameworks for affiliated management entities as part of the Enterprise Compliance Program of Natixis Investment Managers, which includes preparing Compliance Committees, maintaining strong connections with Compliance Officers of subsidiaries, and conducting annual evaluations of each affiliate's compliance system.
- Managing cross-functional initiatives to facilitate and oversee the implementation of compliance frameworks within subsidiaries that adhere to new regulations, including training sessions, workshops, analyzing regulatory deviations, and defining as well as monitoring action plans.
- Assisting in the preparation of Compliance Committees for Natixis IM and contributing to Group Compliance Committees.
- Contributing to the development and drafting of reports for senior management and the Group.
- Creating, updating, and maintaining Global Policies and Procedures in accordance with regulatory changes, ensuring their effective implementation across all Affiliates.
In your role as Senior Compliance Oversight Officer, you will serve as a key resource on specific regulations or cross-functional projects.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience
About you: If you identify with the following qualifications, you are well-suited for this role:
- Possessing a higher education degree and a minimum of 10 years of experience in similar roles within compliance or internal control. Experience in consulting or auditing firms is advantageous.
- Familiarity with regulations applicable to asset management firms, financial products, and markets.
- Experience in managing cross-functional projects within complex environments.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong listening abilities; you are:
- Detail-oriented and capable of working independently while managing multiple priorities.
- Analytical with effective problem-solving skills.
- A collaborative team player with strong communication skills.
- Proficient in English at a C1 level.
