Nous recherchons un Internal Account Manager H/F (Commercial(e) Sédentaire) pour notre site de Nanterre. Rattaché(e) à Jean-Louis SEBASTIAO, Responsable de Pôle, au sein de la Direction Commerciale secteur Public, vous accompagnez les Account Manager, et à terme vous serez responsable des demandes de notre client la centrale d'achat RESAH (secteur sanitaire, médico-social, social, public et privé non lucratif.)
Vos missions principales:
Vous assurez le traitement des dossiers commerciaux et garantissez le bon déroulement des opérations en respectant les procédures internes,
Vous assurez un rôle d'interface entre les services internes SCC (Avant-Vente, Relation Client...), nos clients et nos fournisseurs,
Vous établissez les offres commerciales selon les règles du marché,
Vous effectuez des relances via différents canaux,
Vous apportez une solution en cas de litiges,
Vous effectuez un reporting régulier et vous participez aux appels d'offres pour gagner de nouveaux marchés.
Profil recherché
Votre profil:
Vous avez une première expérience réussie dans le commerce IT (infra et/ou workspace), vous avez réalisé des devis et/ou des cotations,
Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils informatiques notamment Excel (Niv intermédiaire)
Vous êtes autonome, curieux(se) et proactif(ve),
Vous avez le sens du travail et de l'engagement,
Vous êtes autonome et vous savez travailler en équipe.

Rémunération en package : 70% de fixe, 30% de variable sur objectifs selon le profil. Dans le cadre de votre intégration vous avez une garantie de 100% de votre variable les trois premiers mois, 50% les trois mois suivants.
Statut : CADRE, convention collective SYNTEC.
