Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our team at Randstad Digital. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the sales delivery cycle and lead generation process, to maintain and develop sales of the organization's services to prospects and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and maintaining client relationships to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Understanding client needs and presenting appropriate solutions to meet those needs.
  • Negotiating agreements and contracts at the executive level.
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
  • Providing regular updates and reports on sales activities and client interactions.
  • Managing multiple priorities simultaneously and effectively.
Requirements:
  • Years of experience: 3-5
  • A bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.
  • English and French C1 levels are mandatory.
  • Recent sales experience in the IT and banking sector.
  • Ability to successfully interface with clients (internal and external)
  • A proven track record of successful negotiation at an executive level
  • Ability to qualify and close deals
  • Sales abilities along with market knowledge and/or product/technical expertise
