Notre mission est d'aider les entreprises françaises à mettre la vente et l'exécution commerciale au cœur de leur stratégie de croissance. Nous les aidons à construire des machines de vente autour de 3 dimensions, recrutement / formation / conseil.

Nous staffons notre équipe avec un Customer Success Manager (H/F) - Rockstar du Smile et de l'Empathie.

**Ce qu’on vous propose**

Chaque matin tu arriveras avec la banane au bureau pour proposer la meilleure expérience client possible par:

- Ton expertise marché
- Tes conseils et tes analyses tout au long de la campagne de recrutement
- L'onboarding de tes clients sur la plateforme et la formation aux outils
- Le suivi régulier et sur-mesure de l'ensemble de ton portefeuille : du lancement à la fermeture de la campagne
- Collaborer avec l'ensemble des équipes d'Uptoo (commerciaux, marketing, tech, direction) pour améliorer la plateforme et la satisfaction globale des clients.

- Tu es organisé(e) et sais parfaitement manager ton temps, et économiser celui des autres.
- Tu es HYPER SMART dans ta communication orale et écrite, tu fais preuve d'une excellente communication, tu es jovial-e, sympa, et souple.

Et enfin, tu souhaites travailler dans une ambiance détendue et sympa tout en restant très exigeante.
