Afin de participer au déploiement de ses solutions chez ses nouveaux clients en Restauration collective, Innovorder recrute **un(e) Onboarding manager en alternance pour son équipe Customer Success - Restauration collective.**

C’est une équipe composée de 6 personnes (Mehdi, Pauline, Alexandre, Marc, Théo et Adrien) + 2 alternants qui arrivent bientôt.

En tant que Chargé(e) de déploiement, ton rôle sera de **déployer les solutions Innovorder chez nos clients, sur le segment Restauration collective **(majoritairement les Sociétés de Restauration Collective et les sites qu’elles équipent, répartis sur les principaux marchés suivants : Education ; Entreprise ; Santé ; Administrations publiques)

Tu travailleras main dans la main avec les Onboarding managers et les Customer Success Managers de l'équipe.

**Tes missions**:
**Déploiement de nos solutions**:

- Après signature du devis par l’équipe commerciale, coordonner l’ensemble des éléments du projet afin de pouvoir déployer les solutions chez nos clients dans les délais impartis
- Installer et déployer nos solutions chez les clients
- Configurer et paramétrer les solutions de nos clients
- Accompagner et former nos clients à l’usage des solutions Innovorder
- Intervenir sur les sites récemment déployés en cas de besoin (complément de formation, insatisfaction d’un client, etc)

**Relation client**:

- Créer et entretenir une relation de proximité avec vos clients dans une optique de satisfaction maximale
- Procéder aux mises à jour de notre solutions au sein de notre parc clients, à la demande des Customer Success Managers
- Faire remonter les retours clients du terrain : demandes d’évolution produit, nouvelles fonctionnalités, incidents, etc
- Intervenir ponctuellement sur les dépannages d’urgence Matériel / Logiciel / Réseau

**Vie du pôle opération**
- Participer à l’installation des salons d’entreprises

Rythme d’alternance souhaité : 3 semaines entreprise/1 semaine école, ou bien 4 jours entreprise/1 jour école
