**Description du poste et des missions**:
Notre client est une start-up, basée à Paris, spécialisé dans le développement de dispositifs médicaux logiciels sur smartphone et la création de biomarqueurs digitaux.
Elle a pour vocation d'améliorer le quotidien des patients souffrant de certaines maladies chroniques.
Dans le cadre de son développement, cette start-up recrute un Head of Business Development
Le Head of Business Development développe et gère les relations avec les nouveaux clients, entretient et consolide les relations avec les comptes existants.
Reporte au CEO.
**Mission**:
- Générer des leads avec de nouveaux clients potentiels dans le secteur pharmaceutique (contrats de licence)
- Identifier et dimensionner de nouvelles opportunités de marché (Market Access)
- Concevoir, développer et mettre en œuvre des programmes de marketing et/ou des stratégies de partenariats pour soutenir les produits, les services ou le secteur de marché de l'organisation.
- Analyser les forces et les opportunités par rapport aux organisations concurrentes et développer un contre-plan stratégique.
- Élargir les relations et générer de nouvelles opportunités avec les clients existants ;
- Prendre en charge des stratégies de marketing et des médias spécifiques (c.à-d. Internet, presse, télévision, radio) pour lancer et positionner des produits et services dans un nouveau secteur.
- Se déplacer au besoin pour voir les clients face à face.
- Exercice constant d'un jugement indépendant et d'un pouvoir discrétionnaire sur les questions importantes.
- Une présence régulière, cohérente et ponctuelle est requise.

**Compétences requises**:
- Forte expérience dans l'industrie pharmaceutique
- Appliquer l'industrie médicale et la sensibilisation commerciale pour générer de nouvelles opportunités commerciales dans l'équipe.
- Être capable de générer des prospects et d'initier des partenariats dans l'écosystème médical mondial (payeurs privés et publics, sociétés pharmaceutiques)
- Capacité à comprendre et établir des stratégies avec les règles du marché existantes
- Compétences supérieures en communication interpersonnelle, écrite et orale avec la capacité de négocier et d'influencer, tout en faisant preuve de sensibilité envers le public.
- Démontrer un haut niveau de comportement éthique dans l'exercice du jugement et de la discrétion sur les questions importantes.
- Maîtriser Microsoft Office et des outils de gestion de base de données.
- Anglais courant
