**Job Summary**:
You will be expected to collaborate across the Seminal organisation in representing our gallery partners’ needs, and also guide a Customer Success Manager in supporting our partners on an ongoing basis. You will also collaborate on strategic initiatives across company departments: Marketing, Product, Licensing, Marketplace Operations, and the rest of the Seminal team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with galleries and blue-chip artists in the Europe, from following countries (but not limited to): France, Germany, Austria, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium and Switzerland.
- Identify artistic IP acquisition opportunities, conduct market landscaping, financial modelling and IP valuations, analyse third-party IP, and commercial use cases in collaboration with the demand team
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with partners and clients direct
- Responsible for partner retention and growth, and oversee gallery experience throughout the partner lifecycle, formalising and scaling customer success strategies
- Coach and guide a Customer Success Manager to support the partnership goals
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using our CRM
- Attend art events, fairs, and exhibitions to network and promote our brand
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that customers receive excellent service and support, represent the voice of our customers to Product and Engineering
- Meet and exceed supplier listing targets set by the company

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Business, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on selling to galleries and blue-chip artists
- 3+ years of people management experience
- Strong network of contacts in the art industry
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated to exceed metrics-based goals, driven, and results-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of art market trends and current events in the industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Preferably based in Paris or Berlin, available to start full-time, immediately or as soon as possible

**Compensation**:
This is a full-time position with a competitive base salary and commission structure.The salary on offer is just one component of Seminal’s total compensation package for employees. Employees may also be eligible for annual and long-term incentives. In addition, Seminal provides a variety of benefits to employees.
