Nous offrons à nos clients une solution innovante qui s'intègre parfaitement à leurs logiciels d'entreprise, composée de guides interactifs personnalisables. Ces derniers facilitent l'apprentissage et la prise en main des outils par les nouveaux collaborateurs. Grâce à notre démarche avant-gardiste, nous avons collaboré avec plus de 120 entreprises, y compris des groupes de renom tels que Stellantis, Carrefour, Hermès, LVMH, et Vinci.

**Description du poste**:
En tant que Sales Development Representative (SDR), vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l'accélération de la croissance de Lemon Learning. Sous la direction de Lukas, responsable SDR, vous serez chargé(e) de générer de nouveaux leads et de contribuer directement à l'expansion de notre portefeuille clients.

**Missions principales**:
Constitution et gestion de listes de prospects qualifiés pour maximiser les opportunités de vente.

Réalisation de cold calling pour initier le premier contact avec les prospects et susciter leur intérêt pour nos solutions.

Qualification des leads pour assurer une transmission efficace aux équipes de vente.

Suivi régulier des performances et ajustement des tactiques de prospection pour optimiser les résultats.

**Profil recherché**:
Dynamique, motivé(e) et orienté(e) résultats, avec une forte capacité à travailler en autonomie.

Excellentes compétences communicationnelles, à l'aise avec le cold calling et capable de créer rapidement un rapport avec les prospects.

Capacité à apprendre rapidement et à s'adapter à un environnement en rapide évolution.

**Compétences techniques**:
Aisance avec les outils CRM pour la gestion des leads et le suivi des interactions.

Compréhension des techniques de vente et de négociation.

Capacité à analyser les retours et à ajuster les approches de prospection en conséquence.
