**INFORMATIONS**:
**PRESENTATION DE LA SOCIETE**

Upsourcing est un cabinet de chasse spécialisé sur les métiers Tech. Nous accompagnons principalement des startups (nous travaillons aussi pour quelques grands groupes) dans le recrutement de leurs futurs CTO, Lead dev, Dev, DevOpsNous proposons un accompagnement agile et personnalisé à nos partenaires.

**TES MISSIONS**
- Rattaché(e) à un Manager Associé, tu mèneras les projets de recrutements de A à Z. Pour le moment nous sommes 12, répartis en deux équipes - Agent de développeur:
- Comprendre les besoins de nos partenaires et les challenger
- Contacter des profils tech via différents canaux
- Mener ses entretiens en toute autonomie
- Suivre l’ensemble des processus de recrutement - Rôle de coach
- Gérer la rédaction et la publication des annonces
- Vie interne:
- Recrutement interne
- Participation à nos points d’amélioration : partage de connaissances sur les métiers tech ou sur les bonnes pratiques de recrutement
- Pair sourcing : lors des lancements de missions, nous mettons en place des chasses communes pour améliorer notre compréhension du poste
- Si tu as les appétences pour, tu peux également élargir tes responsabilités sur la partie commerciale:
- Créer de nouveaux partenariats avec des startups / grands groupes**CE A QUOI TU PEUX T’ATTENDRE CHEZ NOUS**

- Monter en compétences et être force de proposition dans une optique d’amélioration continue
- Participer après TOUTES les pauses déjeuner à une partie de Skribbl

- Télétravail partiel

- Tu as une première expérience en recrutement (pas d’exigence sur les secteurs et les métiers)
- Tu veux travailler dans un environnement agile et bienveillant
- Curieux(se) et doté(e) d’un bon relationnel
