Business développement (80%):

- Détecter de nouvelles opportunités : mener une analyse approfondie du marché pour identifier les prospects à fort potentiel, identifier les décisionnaires, qualifier la base de données clients & prospects
- Elaborer une stratégie de conquête ciblée en lien avec la stratégie mise en place par la direction de Tick&Live, qui te permettra d’atteindre tes objectifs prioritaires
- Mettre en place des actions de prospection proactives sur l’ensemble du territoire français pour maximiser les opportunités. (A ce titre, tu seras très fréquemment amené à te déplacer sur le terrain, rencontrer nos clients et futurs clients dans le cadre d’une démarche proactive de vente afin de les convaincre de souscrire à nos offres)
- Comprendre les besoins des prospects et proposer des solutions adaptées à leurs enjeux
- Qualifier et relancer les opportunités : évaluer leur potentiel de chiffre d'affaires et de marge et en assurer leur suivi jusqu’au closing
- Créer et mettre à jour des outils d'aide à la vente (fichiers de ciblage, veille concurrentielle, pitch commercial, mise à jour du portefeuille client...)
- Piloter ton activité en suivant les indicateurs de performance clés pour atteindre tes objectifs

Entretien du portefeuille clients actuels et reconquête des anciens clients (20%):

- Assurer le renouvellement des contrats petits / moyens clients actuels
- Vendre et promouvoir les produits supplémentaires Tick&Live et nouveaux services à nos clients actuels (assurance annulation, accompagnement, matériel, black ticket) à travers des actions communication ciblées
- Accompagner la direction sur des sujets divers liés aux grands comptes clients
