Nos algorithmes sur lesquels repose cette marketplace sont l'ingrédient secret qui nous permettent de livrer nos commandes en un temps record.
- Votre objectif sera de créer un partenariat privilégié, durable en apportant votre expertise marketplace, foodtech et account management.
- Vous aurez comme missions principales la gestion et l'optimisation de la croissance et la profitabilité d'un portefeuille de partenaires et le respect des objectifs fixés (opérationnels et commerciaux, ventes de services)
- Vous développerez des joint business plans avec les principaux acteurs de votre portefeuille en vous appuyant sur des routines (price, range, roll out, ops, tech review) pour faire croître le partenariat des comptes de votre équipe.
- Vous serez en charge du déploiement et de l'expansion de votre portefeuille ainsi que des différentes campagnes Marketing que vous devrez négocier dans le cadre du "joint business plan".
- Analyse quotidienne de la data de la performance des marques et de nos opérations Deliveroo pour identifier les causes des problèmes et améliorer constamment le niveau de service.
- Optimisation et gestion de processus : Deliveroo est une société qui évolue à grande vitesse et à grande échelle. Vous aurez l'opportunité de créer et améliorer des processus, par exemple la gestion de partenariats pour contribuer à la croissance. Vous élaborerez des outils et des guides de meilleures pratiques pour des comptes spécifiques et pour l'ensemble du portefeuille.
- Vous veillerez au suivi du respect des engagements contractuels pris avec les partenaires de votre portefeuille.
**Votre profil**:
- 3 à 6 ans d'expérience d'Account management ou de commercial. Une expérience chez une grande enseigne de la grande distribution serait un vrai plus.
- **Commercial**: vous savez négocier, anticiper des discussions commerciales, entreprendre des actions afin de maintenir un portefeuille de qualité (discussions contractuelles, négociations de mise en place d'outils commerciaux, etc)
- **Stratégique**:vous savez prendre du recul, comprendre des problématiques non structurées et proposer des solutions via des plans d'actions et un suivi de résultats.
- **Analytique**: capable d'être synthétique, d'approfondir les données et de comprendre les données qui permettent d'améliorer les performances pour nos partenaires en magasins.
- **Proactif(-ive)**:vous adorez être sur le terrain et vous êtes impliqué(e) dans tout ce qui est opérationnel dans votre périmètre.
- **Centré(e) sur le client**: être obsédé par nos clients. Utiliser des données quantitatives et qualitatives pour construire un service qui soit opérationnellement excellent pour nos clients.
- Français et Anglais courant indispensables.
