**_Ihre Aufgaben sind_**
- Entgegennahme von Benutzeranfragen (telefonisch und per E-Mail).
- Analyse und Lösung der im Helpdesk beschriebenen Incidents gemäß den vertraglichen Service Level Agreements.
- Erfassung aller Vorfälle und Anfragen in dem Ihnen zur Verfügung gestellten Tool, Priorisierung und Bearbeitung, wenn dies in Ihren Zuständigkeitsbereich fällt, andernfalls Eskalation auf höherer Ebene.
- Sie steuern die Vorgänge, indem Sie sie in das Informationssystem übertragen und den administrativen Abschluss vornehmen.
- Einhaltung der im Rahmen des Projekts eingeführten Verfahren und Arbeitsmethoden sowie der vertraglichen Verpflichtungen und Sicherheitsvorschriften.

Ihr Profil:_**
- Sie sprechen Französisch und Deutsch.
- Für diese Position ist keine IT-Erfahrung erforderlich, Sie werden von uns eingearbeitet.
