In collaboration with the technical team and sales management, you will work together to bring our customers success:

- Manage the customer relationship, acting as a trusted advisor to management in the areas of engineering, product, business analysis and marketing.
- Ensure that our product is well established and well used by our customers (according to the chosen plan) in pair with a Product Specialist at first, then alone.
- Technical support: receive and qualify incoming requests, process with documentation or add to a backlog of documentation

**kills required**
- At least 3 year experience in Telco/DCB industry.
- Experience in Project Management / project deploy.
- Technical background required (engineering/computer science or similar), but with orientation to Business.
- Experience in Mobile Product Management, Testing.
- Trilingual French / English / Chinese
- Annual Salary_ : 32 000 - 36 000€ + benefits ( Meal Tickets + medical insurance + remote work_ + _other paid holidays + corporate events + external and internal training)
