Partoo est une scale-up saas B2B qui a à cœur d’aider les commerces locaux, grandes entreprises ou PME à se rapprocher de leurs clients. Pour cela, ils ont développé une plateforme tout-en-un et différentes solutions qui s’articulent autour de 3 propositions de valeur : Get found, Get chosen & Get clients.
À travers ces 3 propositions, ils ont développé plusieurs produits qui s’adaptent aux évolutions du parcours d’achat des clients:

Presence: Synchroniser les informations des magasins sur les principales plateformes (Google, Facebook, Waze, etc.), annuaires et GPS.
Store Locator: Aider les clients à trouver le magasin qui leur convient grâce à des données locales actualisées et des filtres dédiés sur les sites web des enseignes.
Réseaux sociaux: Gérer les publications sur Facebook, Google, Instagram, etc.

Review: Centraliser, répondre et analyser les avis clients reçus sur Google et Facebook.
Booster: Obtenir des avis positifs supplémentaires sur Google par le biais de SMS et de QR codes.

Chez Partoo, on a deux typologies de clients:
- Les Enterprise, ayant plus de 20 points de vente et répartie en 3 segments (SME, MID, KEY).
- Les SMBs (Small & Medium Business) ayant moins de 20 points de vente
Le pôle SMBs a été créé en 2020 et depuis nous travaillons avec plus de 6000 points de ventes indépendants à travers 5 pays avec une note de satisfaction client 4,9/5 pour plus de + de 1200 avis sur notre page Google Composé de plus de 40 commerciaux sur la France.

L'équipe Sales SMBs est composée de 60 commerciaux, ils ont tous un parcours et des passions différentes. Chez Partoo, la diversité est au coeur de nos ambitions, et cette équipe est unique dans son genre
Notre modèle de vente initialement basé sur des business developper 360 à évolué sur un modèle spécialisé entre Account Executives et Sales Development Representative. Les débuts de l'équipe SDR ont été couronnées de succès et nous recherchons la star qui va nous permettre d'enmenner le plus loin possible cette équipe de 9 collaborateurs en CDI ainsi que 4 en alternance.
**MISSIONS \uD83D\uDD25**:
- Tu reporteras directement à Romain Chief Revenue Officer de l'équipe Sales SMBs. Ta mission sera d'être le phare de l'équipe SDR, afin de les éclairer vers le chemin du succès.
- Pour ce faire, tu devras Manager au quotidien 9 SDR juniors, 4 alternants, d'assurer le recrutement de nouveaux profils et suivre leur formation initiale
- Animer l’activité commerciale outbound & inbound autour de la stratégie SMBs et Influencer 200k d'ARR par mois avec l'aide de ton équipe.
- Participer à l'amélioration des process commerciaux (sales playbook, lead notation, personae etc) et créer un environnement propice à la performance (formation continue, team buildings, challenges)
- Gérer l’affectation des territoires de prospection afin d’optimiser l’efficacité commerciale des équipes outbounds
- Faire monter en compétences l’équipe, et faire de Partoo une référence de la prospection (téléphonique et mail)
**NOTRE PROFIL CIBLE \uD83C\uDFAF**:
- Tu as 5 ans d'expérience en tant que commercial.e & tu as au moins 1 an en tant que manager d’équipe commercial.e outbound
- Tu as déjà recruté des profils sales
- Tu es méthodique, analytique et tu sais faire parler les chiffres
- Tu fais naturellement preuve de leadership et tu drives ton équipe avec empathie
- Tu fais preuve d'autonomie, de proactivité, tu es en capacité d'animer et de motiver des profils juniors sur un poste à forte répétition.
