**Introduction**:We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Commission-Based Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in the thriving home decor industry. This role is ideal for someone passionate about interior design and eager to represent our unique and high-quality products in the South of France, specifically in cities like Marseille, Nice, St. Tropez, and Cannes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and target potential clients in the designated area.
- Present and sell company products/services to new and existing customers.
- Develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
- Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and product potential.
- Work independently while maintaining communication with the company's management team.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven sales experience, preferably in home decor or a related industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Deep understanding and familiarity with the southern French market.
- Ability to self-motivate, work independently, and drive sales.
- Fluency in French; additional language skills (e.g., English) are a plus.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the designated area.
