Unilever International a pour principale mission de proposer des marques et des produits dans les zones géographiques encore non couvertes par la MCO Unilever et de gérer des lancements de marques en exclusivité : Sunlight, Close up, à travers le monde.

**VOS MISSIONS**
Le (La) Junior Business Developer Francophone Africa accompagnera le Sr BDM de la zone dans le développement de l’ensemble des marques du groupe sur l’Afrique Francophone soit une quinzaine de pays.
Il a une vison End-to End et doit s’assurer de la fluidité du flux marchandise (de la commande à la mise en rayon) et du flux financier (de la transaction à la réception du paiement).
Garant de la profitabilité de la zone, il participera activement à la définition et la mise en place la stratégie commerciale avec les distributeurs afin d’assurer l’atteinte des objectifs fixés.
Pour cela, le Junior Business Developer Export devra:
- Gérer et développer un portefeuille de clients
- Construire une relation forte et durable avec les distributeurs ;
- Gérer des commandes et coordonnées les opérations avec le Customer Service, le Demand Planning, le Marketing, l’équipe Tarification et le Credit Management.
- Fournir des Analyser constamment la performance par pays / par client / par catégorie / par marque
- Analyser les données marchés pour comprendre les opportunités du marché et fournir des recommandations catégorielles adaptées afin d’atteindre voire surpasser les objectifs ;
- Faire des études tarifaires et des tarification produits pour mener à bien le P&L de la zone
- Participer à l’élaboration des plans de croissance annuels & des plans marketing
- Créer des business cases dans le cadre de lancement d’innovations et suivre la performance des lancements et des promotions
- Mener à bien la prévision des volumes avec l’équipe Demand Planning
- S’assurer du bon niveau de stocks du distributeur, analyser les ventes secondaires (Sales Stock Report)
- Comprendre les habitudes de consommation de la zone et le réseau de distribution ;
**LE PROFIL QUE NOUS RECHERCHONS**
- Diplômé(e) d’une formation Bac+5 en Ecole de Commerce ou équivalent universitaire, vous bénéficiez d'une expérience acquise en stage ou alternance dans la vente ou dans l’export.
- Vous maîtrisez les INCOTERMS, et vous êtes à l'aise sur Excel
- Vous détenez impérativement une bonne connaissance du secteur de la grande consommation ;
- Vous avez un goût prononcé pour l’action, une passion pour les marques et une grande ouverture aux nouvelles idées et à l’international ;
- Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre organisation, votre rigueur et votre capacité à travailler avec de nombreux interlocuteurs et parties prenantes ;
- Vous faites preuve de leadership ;
- Vous avez un esprit de décision et d’initiative ;
- Vous avez une acuité commerciale et le goût pour la négociation ;
- La maitrise de l’anglais est indispensable pour ce poste
