AmplHire est un cabinet de conseil spécialisé dans le recrutement d’experts commerciaux.

Filiale d’un grand groupe énergétique mondial et d’un important fonds d’investissement, notre client est un acteur engagé dans la transition énergétique. En tant qu’expert du secteur de la recharge de véhicules électriques (IRVE), il conçoit, distribue, stocke, installe et effectue la maintenance de leurs propres bornes électriques technologiques (AC et DC).

Dans le cadre de son déploiement de grande envergure en Europe et aux Etats Unis, nous sommes à la recherche d’un **Regional Sales Manager pour prendre en charge l’équipe commerciale et le développement de l’activité sur la moitié Nord de la France.**

Description du poste

Rattaché(e) au Directeur France (ex-Tesla), et en lien étroit avec le Regional Sales Manager couvrant le Sud de la France, vous serez en charge du management de l’équipe et du développement de l’activité sur la moitié Nord de la France. Vos missions sont les suivantes:

- Assurer le coaching, la formation, le recrutement et la gestion de l'équipe de vente et transmettre une motivation positive aux équipes et partenaires.
- Mettre en place le système de vente et le développement de la distribution des produits.
- Garantir la réalisation des objectifs, en veillant à ce que les objectifs de vente et les KPI soient atteints ou dépassés. Rendre compte de manière proactive au Country Manager des KPI convenus
- Gérer directement les négociations stratégiques, promouvoir les produits et services de l'entreprise. Établir, développer et entretenir des relations étroites avec les partenaires et les clients stratégiques
- Assurer l'analyse du marché et l'élaboration approfondie des offres de produits et des prix. Coopérer étroitement avec l'équipe marketing pour assurer une promotion efficace des produits.

**Qualifications**:
Vous avez une **expérience commerciale comprise entre 6 et 15 ans dont au moins 2 ans en tant que manager d’équipe auprès d'une cible d'entreprises (PME et Grands Comptes), de syndics de copropriétés et/ou de collectivités locales**. La connaissance des secteurs de l'immobilier commercial, de la grande distribution ou de la mobilité électrique est un vrai plus.

Vous aimez particulièrement bâtir des stratégies commerciales, faire monter en compétences vos équipes et aimer les environnements en hypercroissance.

Doté(e) d’une vraie **fibre intrapreneuriale, **vous souhaitez participer au lancement de l’activité en France au sein d’une entreprise qui a du sens, impliquée dans le « tout électrique », et avec des ambitions de croissance rapide. Vous avez le goût du challenge, savez être force de proposition.

**La maîtrise de l'anglais est impérative pour échanger avec le siège international.**
