Customer Success Assistant

**Missions et responsabilités**
Tu rejoindras l’équipe Customer Success composée de quatre collaborateurs. Tu mettras tout en œuvre pour accompagner les utilisateurs dans la découverte et le paramétrage de notre solution. Tu participeras à la performance de Tolteck en initiant les missions suivantes:
**Account management (95% du temps)**:
- Identifier les utilisateurs en période d'essai qui ont besoin d'un accompagnement personnalisé
- Planifier et réaliser des formations à distance avec ces utilisateurs
- Réaliser le suivi post-formations
- Analyser les raisons de succès ou de non-succès, afin d'améliorer en continu l'expérience utilisateur
**Customer Success (5% du temps)**:
- Participer à l’optimisation de la satisfaction utilisateur (appels entrants, avis utilisateurs)
**Profil recherché**
- Niveau d'étude : BTS, DUT, école de commerce, université
Tu as le sens du relationnel, tu es à l’écoute et tu sais adapter ta communication à ton interlocuteur. Tu es reconnu(e) pour ton autonomie et ton engagement sur les missions que l’on te confie. Tu présentes enfin de l’intérêt pour le monde du bâtiment et de l’artisanat ? Ce poste est fait pour toi
