**RESPONSIBILITIES**
**As part of the CEO office team**,** you will support the CEO and the Chief of Staff in scaling Reveal in the coming months. That means implementing new company processes, working on our goals and projections, helping to structure the company executive routines, handle the company legal affairs, and managing new transversal initiatives within Reveal.
The job might change over time depending on the company's needs and will allow a wide range of missions linked to different departments such as marketing, sales, finances, product, customer success, partnerships...
**To provide a brief overview, here is a non-exhaustive list of core missions**:
- Work on financials with the CEO and Chief of Staff: corporate accounting, budgets, cash plans,
- Ensuring company cadences, working with the C-suite and Chief of Staff on key projects,
- Collaborating with Chief of Staff and Chief of Finance on Investors reports,
- Assist the Chief of Staff in the day-to-day management of the company's legal affairs,
- Prepare, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, partnership agreements, and other procurement processes,
- Ensure company coordination at a high level with the Chief of Staff: Imagine and structure the company processes, refine company policies, implement ways to follow OKR,
- Identify, launch and operate cross-functional strategic projects and work with different teams (including Commercial, Product, Finance, HR, Legal, IT, Marketing, etc.).
- Keep in mind that we have a lot of needs and areas where we need to fill the gaps. However, most of your missions will be based on the area you want to grow in._
**REPORTING LINE**
This job will be directly reported to the** Chief of Staff.**

**YOUR BACKGROUND**
- Master level in Business or Engineering. A background in law would be advantageous,
- Experience or strong interest in the tech start-up industry,
- A record of leadership or engagement in your past school activities,
- A previous structuring experience is a huge plus (Audit, consulting ),
- Fluent level of written and spoken French (daily professional use in this position).

**HIRING PROCESS**
- The journey starts with a first interview with Talent Acquisition Manager (30 min),
- A business case to validate your practical job-related skills,
- Then a face-to-face meeting with the Chief of Staff (1 hour),
- After, you will meet the CEO and Chief of Staff for review (30 min),
- For the very final round, HR Interview with VP People (30 min).
