Just Play, a leading American toy company, is a passionate and trend driven leader in the children’s consumer goods industry. Our products are an impressive mix of promotional and everyday items for the whole family. We work with the world’s leading children’s entertainment brands to manufacture and distribute exceptional products to every major mass retailer throughout North America and around the world. As we expand internationally, we are opening offices in various key locations, including France. The UK office was opened in January 2021 to prepare for the direct sale and marketing of Just Play toys in the UK market. The France office will follow a similar pattern with a locally based core local role team, working closely with the UK-based EMEA team, for strategic alignment and support.

Le bureau britannique a été ouvert en janvier 2021 pour préparer la vente directe et la commercialisation des jouets Just Play sur le marché britannique. Le bureau de France suivra un modèle similaire avec une équipe locale de rôle de base basée localement, travaillant en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe EMEA_ _basée au Royaume-Uni, pour l’alignement stratégique et le soutien._

Just Play is seeking an ambassador in the French market with an Entrepreneurial approach within a fast-paced environment. This individual will oversee the development and commercial strategies for French market. Strengths should include verbal & written communication, goal attainment skills, strategic thinking, market adaptability, and dynamic leadership.

- Responsible for sales and forecasts.
- _Responsable des ventes et des prévisions._
- Negotiate terms and set up vendor agreements with French retailers (both DOM & DI).
- _Négocier les conditions et mettre en place des accords de fournisseurs avec des détaillants français (DOM et DI)._
- Develop annual account business trade plans.
- _Élaborer des plans commerciaux annuels pour les entreprises._
- Oversee daily business operations.
- _Superviser les opérations commerciales quotidiennes._
- Develop and implement growth strategies.
- _Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de croissance._
- Research and identify growth opportunities.
- _Rechercher et identifier les opportunités de croissance._
- Generate reports and lead presentations both internally and externally.
- _Générer des rapports et diriger des présentations à la fois en interne et en externe._
- Ensure adherence to all relevant brand guidelines.
- _S’assurer du respect de toutes les directives pertinentes de la marque._

**Minimum Qualifications / _Qualifications mínimales_**:

- Degree in Sales, Business Administration, or similar relevant field along with 5+ years of experience in Commercial Management and/or Key Account.
- _Diplôme universitaire dans le commerce ou la gestion des entreprises complété par une expérience professionnelle d’au moins 5 ans de direction des ventes ou de gestion de grand comptes._
- Toy industry experience preferred
- _Expérience dans l’industrie du jouet souhaitée_
- Demonstrated track record of creating growth strategies that have improved a business’s market position.

- Existing relationships with retailers
