Lancé en France en 2013, cette régie publicitaire a ainsi conclu des accords majeurs avec le groupe Casino et le Mouvement E.Leclerc pour commercialiser ses media d’affichage digital (« DOOH ») dans +600 Centres Commerciaux et Hypermarchés, afin de toucher une audience hebdomadaire de +18 millions de shoppers. Avec +3000 écrans publicitaires déployés partout en France, c’est l’un des leaders du marché.

**MISSIONS**

Directement rattaché au DG, vous prenez en charge l’intégralité des missions de développement et de promotion en France, vous développerez vos compétences Marketing dans une structure à taille humaine où votre travail aura un impact direct sur la stratégie et l’activité de l’entreprise.

**Vous interviendrez sur 4 volets principaux**:

- ** Plan Marketing et Offre : Définition du plan marketing et au marketing de l’offre (positionnement produit, benchmark, proposition d’évolutions, identification de partenariats, promotions et pricing).**
- ** Développement Commercial : Etablissement de la stratégie de développement commercial à la fois côté offre (Enseignes) et demande (Annonceurs). En fonction des besoins clients identifiés, définition et création des outils commerciaux nécessaires.**
- ** Études : Analyse d’efficacité des campagnes publicitaires, Analyse des comportements d’achats des Shoppers français.**
- ** Communication : Pilotage de la création de contenus et de la communication (réseaux sociaux, prise de parole dans les médias spécialisés) pour augmenter la notoriété d’in-Store Media.**

**PROFIL RECHERCHÉ**
- Vous disposez d’une expérience professionnelle d’au moins 4 ans, acquise dans l’univers du conseil en management. Idéalement, vous avez conduit des missions ou effectué une expérience en marketing Grande Consommation ou Grande Distribution.
- Vous avez une vision stratégique marché qui vous permet d’identifier des opportunités de développement. Cette vision est complétée par une capacité d’accompagnement opérationnel dans l’élaboration des présentations, des business plans et la gestion des projets.
- Vous êtes autonome, rigoureux, organisé. Vous avez un excellent niveau d’anglais et/ou d’Espagnol.
- La maîtrise du pack office (Excel/Powerpoint) est requise.
- Le poste est basé à Paris (Champs Elysées) à pourvoir dès que possible.
