Dans le cadre de notre expansion, nous recherchons un(e) Junior Sales Development Representative talentueux(se) pour rejoindre notre équipe.

Vos missions
  1. Effectuer des recherches approfondies pour identifier les entreprises cibles susceptibles d'être intéressées par nos services.
  2. Construire et maintenir une base de données d'entreprises potentielles en utilisant divers outils de prospection.
  3. Prospecter activement de nouvelles entreprises potentielles via le cold calling, les réseaux sociaux (linkedin) et d'autres moyens de prospection.
  4. Développer une compréhension approfondie de nos offres de formation, coaching et pleine conscience.
  5. Être force de proposition sur les retours d'objections des prospets
  6. Présenter de manière convaincante nos offres dans des évenements professionnels
  7. Collaborer avec l'équipe commerciale pour développer des stratégies de prospection ciblées.
  8. Suivre les opportunités commerciales, les nourrir et entretenir des relations à long terme avec les clients potentiels.
Vos compétences
  • Étudiant(e) en école de commerce ou équivalent.
  • Appétence à parler en public et à faire du cold calling.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication.
  • Orientation résultats et capacité à travailler de manière autonome.
  • Intérêt pour le domaine du développement personnel et du leadership féminin.
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques et des plateformes de gestion des prospects (CRM).
