Dans le cadre de notre expansion, nous recherchons un(e) Junior Sales Development Representative talentueux(se) pour rejoindre notre équipe.
Vos missions- Effectuer des recherches approfondies pour identifier les entreprises cibles susceptibles d'être intéressées par nos services.
- Construire et maintenir une base de données d'entreprises potentielles en utilisant divers outils de prospection.
- Prospecter activement de nouvelles entreprises potentielles via le cold calling, les réseaux sociaux (linkedin) et d'autres moyens de prospection.
- Développer une compréhension approfondie de nos offres de formation, coaching et pleine conscience.
- Être force de proposition sur les retours d'objections des prospets
- Présenter de manière convaincante nos offres dans des évenements professionnels
- Collaborer avec l'équipe commerciale pour développer des stratégies de prospection ciblées.
- Suivre les opportunités commerciales, les nourrir et entretenir des relations à long terme avec les clients potentiels.
- Étudiant(e) en école de commerce ou équivalent.
- Appétence à parler en public et à faire du cold calling.
- Excellentes compétences en communication.
- Orientation résultats et capacité à travailler de manière autonome.
- Intérêt pour le domaine du développement personnel et du leadership féminin.
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques et des plateformes de gestion des prospects (CRM).
