MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Horticulture, or equivalent experience Experience At least 5 years related work experienceAt least 3 years B2B sales experience License or Certification As required by state and federal lawValid driver license issued by the state where employedCertified Landscape Technician (CLT) and/or other relevant licenses a plus Specialized Skills Strong internal and external customer serviceAbility to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends, and to travel extensively within assigned territoryExperience working the commercial property managers a plusExcellent oral and written communication, including advanced presentation skills in front of large groupsOrganizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlinesIntermediate understanding of CRM softwareIntermediate understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word and OutlookAbility to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusionsAbility to analyze and interpret business periodicalsAbility to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram and/or schedule formatAbility to read, write and comprehend English Physical Requirements The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
