OverviewAt Bonx we're looking for a BDR to join our team. Founding SDR at Bonx 🚀Bonx is a VC-backed SaaS startup revolutionizing the ERP market, fresh off an $8M Seed round. We are hiring one of our first key employees, a Founding BDR, who will be responsible for massively scaling our top-of-funnel and feeding our sales pipeline through high-quality outbound work. You’ll be in charge of executing what is already Bonx’s most successful channel: cold calling.📍 Location: Paris (75009). 💶 Salary: 54k package (fixed + variable). Contract Type: Full-time, benefits per the SYNTEC collective agreement. Reporting Line: Co-founder & CEO (Alexandre).About Bonx and Our MissionFounded by two tech entrepreneurs, Bonx aims to disrupt a 45-year-old ERP market dominated by legacy players. ERPs are critical software for industrial companies, yet they are notoriously difficult to implement and use. Across Europe, 2.5 million SMEs are underserved by outdated ERP solutions or choose not to adopt them due to complexity. Same in the USA.Bonx, established two years ago within OSS Ventures, has developed the first no-code, AI-driven industrial ERP. Our clients have implemented Bonx 10 times faster than traditional ERPs and continuously evolve their interfaces independently.We aim to become the European leader in industrial ERPs within 5 years, and the global leader within 8–10 years. To support this ambitious growth, we are seeking a Founding BDR to join our dynamic team.About the RoleThis is a founding BDR role, working directly with the CEO and the sales team. You will act as the fuel to our outbound engine, generating qualified leads and setting up our AEs for success.
