Fullstack Software Engineer (x/f/m) - Insurance Offer Join to apply for the Fullstack Software Engineer (x/f/m) role at Alan. The mission & impact Equip our Sales team with tools to craft, price, and contractualize offers in one go, powering our self‑serve subscription flow. Manage contract lifecycles to keep them compliant with legal requirements, responsible consumption best practices, and balanced loss ratios. Support Alan’s claim engine, billing system, and other parts of our stack that rely on offers to deliver a pristine experience to members. What you’ll build and who you’ll work with Next‑Gen Healthcare Framework: build the contract & service stack for 4 countries and multiple products, creating a system that powers Alan’s growth for the next decade. AI‑powered Acquisition Engine: enable autonomous and AI‑assisted sales teams to customize coverage, compute pricing, and generate contracts in real time. Automated Renewal System: automatically review and adjust coverage across our portfolio annually, accounting for legal changes, consumption trends, and economic shifts.
