Our Product Platform Area empowers product teams by providing reliable, reusable internal services that scale globally and accelerate product velocity, consistency, and member experience.Scope & ImpactCore Services: Payment, Messaging, Document Processing, Pricing EngineShared Platforms: AI Platform and other centralized services adopted company‑wideOperational Tooling: Dashboards and automation that support reliability, observability, and scalabilityFoundational UX: Shared layout systems, navigation, reusable UI components for consistent member experienceYour work will be used daily by hundreds of product builders across Alan, shaping reusable building blocks that make launch faster and safer.Why this role is specialHigh Leverage: Adoption and reliability are key KPIs multiplied across the companyComplex Problems: Multi‑country services, abstraction design, and adoption challengesPlatform Mindset: Build services like a product, with product teams as your customersOwnership: Influence product direction, mentor engineers, and shape Alan’s internal platform for years to comeThe StackPython/Flask, React, PostgreSQL in a monorepo.
