About the Team The Ops AI Platform team builds a platform where AI agents autonomously handle operational work. The platform will let our Ops team create, evolve, and monitor their own AI agents to automate thousands of tedious tasks. Responsibilities You’ll work at the intersection of product engineering and ML engineering. Integrate agents at the heart of internal tools – UIs where Ops monitor and take action on concrete business situations, with context‑aware chat modals. Empower non‑technical users to create and maintain agents, including prompting, tool configuration, testing, datasets, replayability, and evaluations. Build a complete set of tools available to AI agents, connecting to internal and external capabilities. Ensure safety and accuracy with robust testing, stateful evaluation, progressive rollout, human‑in‑the‑loop validation, and fine‑grained permissions. Qualifications Product engineers with 3+ years of experience, excited about building state‑of‑the‑art AI systems. Experience with LLMs, tool‑calling, human‑in‑the‑loop, internal tools UX, multi‑agent architectures. Will be responsible for new capabilities, tooling, and system scalability. Significant influence on system architecture and code quality. Mentor engineers, contribute to product & engineering culture, and help build the team. Strong background in full‑stack software engineering, systems architecture, with a spike in back‑end engineering. Experience with traditional ML, LLMs or ML‑dev ops is a big plus.
