About the Mo Team The Mo team is on a mission to redefine the future of care by building Mo, your health companion, an intelligent, empathetic, multimodal LLM‑based conversational AI assistant that can prescribe, triage and proactively follow up on care. Integrate Mo with all Alan services — integrate with digital chat, maps of physical locations, tailored prevention programs, etc. Extend our architecture to support the next chapters — support future needs such as new contexts, skills, languages, and broader geography. Is It You We’re Looking For? We’re looking for product engineers with 3+ years of experience who get excited about building state‑of‑the‑art AI systems for real‑world, high‑stakes healthcare problems. Work at the frontier of LLMs, multi‑agent architectures and human‑in‑the‑loop learning, seeing your work deployed in production. Implement new capabilities for Mo across engineering, data and medical expertise. Scale the system from thousands to millions of active members. Influence system architecture and code quality. Mentor engineers, contribute to product & engineering culture, and help build the team (hiring, interview loops, etc.). We’d Be Proud If You Fit These Criteria Strong background in software engineering, systems architecture, with a focus on back‑end engineering. Experience with traditional ML, LLMs or ML‑DevOps is a big plus. Product‑mindset: want your solutions to be used and impactful. Self‑directed and pragmatic. Humble and eager to grow. Collaborative and enthusiastic about teamwork, learning, and teaching. Fluent in English (French not required). We’re looking for high potential and curiosity—show this in your application.
