Channel Partner Manager EMEA Responsible for managing Channel Partner Specialists in the assigned countries within the EMEA region and accountable for Channel Partner performance. This position reports to the VP Sales EMEA & APAC and is part of the EMEA sales team; it is a fully remote role. In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To Manage Channel Partners and Channel Partner Specialists in the assigned EMEA countries. Proactively seek and onboard new Channel Partners, support product and sales training, monitor and evaluate performance against activity‑based KPIs, set sales targets, and drive achievement of those targets. Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and market penetration in CP‑assigned territories. Monitor CP performance through regular online or face‑to‑face meetings and apply DBS tools. The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree, or Ph.D. in Life Sciences (preferred) or a combination of education and experience. Min. 3 years of experience managing sales through Channel partners in EMEA. Min. 3 years leading teams. High level of life sciences business acumen. Proficiency in English. Exposure to public tender/frames processes/procurement business is a plus. Experience with CRM (SFDC). Travel Requirements Based in EMEA with approximately 50% travel, primarily within EMEA. When not traveling, the Channel Partner Manager is expected to work from the home office. IDT offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefits.
