Un de nos client cherche un Head of sales pour le marché Italien.

Il s'agit de rejoindre une agence d'acquisition digitale Italienne rachetée par un groupe indépendant Européen, ayant pourambition de devenir le leader mondial dans l’acquisition digitale.

Les missions :

  • Management d'une personne dans l'équipe sales
  • Recrutements éventuels avec la croissance de l'entreprise
  • Gestion des cycles de ventes complets sur le marché Italien
  • Communication au niveau Européen afin de travailler sur l'uniformisation des process avec le siège

Le profil

  • Vous justifiez d'une expérience en vente d'au moins 7 ans, avec minimum 5 ans dans le monde des agences digitales.
  • Vous parlez couramment Italien et Anglais
  • Vous avez une première expérience ou une volonté de devenir manager
  • Vous avez un très bon niveau de communication orale et écrite
