Our mission is to accelerate the pace of genomics and help researchers move from the lab to life‑changing advances.• Role: Channel Partner Specialist – responsible for managing NGS Solutions Channel Partners (CPs) in the assigned countries within the EMEA region.• Reporting to: Channel Partner Manager. Part of the Sales Team located in Belgium and fully remote.In This RoleTake full responsibility for managing CPs in the assigned EMEA countries.Identify new CPs, sign reseller agreements, and provide product and sales training.Deliver marketing support, set sales targets, and achieve/exceed those targets.Monitor CP performance via regular online or face‑to‑face meetings.Arrange customer visits organized by CPs, engage end‑users and close sales.Enter and update strategic sales opportunities in Sales Force, moving opportunities through the funnel.Engage key opinion leaders with the help of CPs.Organize and participate in the yearly CP meeting.Report competitor behaviors to relevant stakeholders (CP Director, Technical Support, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Customer Support, Logistics, Production).The Essential Requirements Of The JobBachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in a relevant Life Sciences field (biology, biochemistry, chemistry, etc.).At least 3 years of Channel Partner Management experience, preferably in molecular/lab pathology sales, reagents, consumables, or capital equipment.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets or KPIs.Excellent organizational skills, a desire to impact, challenge the status‑quo, and lead.Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.Travel RequirementsThis role is based in EMEA with 50 % travel, mainly within the region.
