Our products are tailor-made for each persona: Private Equity firms, Industrial corporates, Agricultural cooperative, etc. We are +40 people working on it: product managers, designers, developers, business developers, etc.AltitudeAltitude solution was launched in September 2022. It is enabling CSR/ESG teams to screen climate and nature related risks and opportunities within minutes, very easy to use, and fully automated.Altitude Finance: dedicated for Infrastructure and Private Equity funds,Altitude Industry: dedicated for corporates,Altitude Agriculture: dedicated for food & Ag.You can know more about all our products here: www.axa-altitude.comYour mission as an Account ExecutiveWe are looking for an engaged and passionate AE to sell Altitude Finance - our platform dedicated to Private Equity firms, launched in 2022. It is an innovative one-stop-shop for sustainability and investment teams, screening climate and nature-related risks and opportunities within minutes, very easy to use, and fully automated.During first 2 years we signed +60 clients, in Europe and in the USA. It’s time for step 2, as we are planning to double that in 2025.You would be joining a larger sales community (2 others AE dedicated to Altitude Industry, and 3 AE dedicated to Finance).Your main goal will be to grow the number of Altitude’s large clients in the Private Equity and Infrastructure industry globally.To do so, you will be responsible of the full sell-cycle. This includes the following missions:Identify prospects among Private Equity ESG Managers (through cold reach, event participation, partnerships, personal network)Get meetings to generate new opportunitiesUnderstand their needs and demonstrate how Altitude can be relevant for them (as well as giving feedbacks to Product people)Handle the negotiation and contractual part.The core team is based in Paris.Experience: 3-5 years of Sales experience in B2B SaaS, including an international Sales experience.Sales-oriented: You are a Sales person, you know how to identify new opportunities and close them.Sustainable Finance Experience: an experience in Sustainable Finance, working in Private Equity or selling to PE for a Fintech company, is a strong plus.Customer-centric & Consultative selling: You are curious, and like to resolve problems and create partnerships with the people you’re working for.Fluent in English and French, additional languages are a plus.Excellent listening and communication skills.Organized and rigorous: you pay attention to details in the execution and the follow-up of missions.Interest for Climate Change and ESG/CSR topics.Fantastic team player, with whom it is cool to work alongside. #J-18808-Ljbffr
